Loving Leopards

Leopard Hills did it again yesterday morning when we came across the Tegwaan Male and the Shikave Female getting close and personal up at the Machimbiri River.

Just to see a Leopard in the Wild is special, but to see two Leopards mating is a rare privileged. Having tracked the Tegwaan Male and the Shikave Female up to the dry river bed, the sound of growls pinpointed their position.

Raymond and I were there to witness these two “Loving Leopards”, not only mate, but out in the open where Allen Wolf managed to get some amazing footage of this rare event.
