A Move in the Right Direction
Finally after months of delays, we seem to be making progress of the Community Development side of things.
Over the last few months we have waded through piles of red tape and been faced with some pretty depressing Political interference along the way. However things are looking up and all the funds that have been raised by so many generous people along the way are ready to be allocated to the building of the new facility, hopefully within the next month. The Chief has given the go ahead to build on the site we want and there can hopefully be no turning back from here.
We will use this section on the blog to keep you up-dated on the progress as it happens, thanks to all that have helped make this dream of building a new Day Care Centre a reality; we look forward to showing you around when you next visit us at the Lodge.
